• Bank Transfer (UK & Ghana)
• Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone Cash)
• PayPal (for international buyers)
• Cash (for local pickups)
• Cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT via Binance)

Flexible Payment Option:

You may choose to:
• Pay 10% of the item price upfront, and
• Pay the remaining balance upon collection at a designated station in Ghana.

⚠️ Note: This flexible option attracts an additional 5% service fee on the total product price.

All other payment options require full payment before shipping or pickup.

4. 🔹 Shipping & Pickup Policy

🇬🇭 Shipping Within Ghana:
• Orders are delivered within 10 working days from the date of payment.
• Items will be available for pickup at designated Nyamekye stations across Ghana. You will receive a notification when your item is ready for pickup.

Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing an order.

🌍 International Shipping:
• Available on request. Timelines and cost vary by location.
• Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged in their country.

5. 🔹 Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 7 days of pickup/delivery:
• Product must be in original condition with no signs of damage or misuse.
• Refunds are processed excluding delivery or administrative fees.
• No refunds for:
• Digital or software-based items
• Clearance or “Sold As Seen” products
